Dr. K. L. Shrimali, Union Education Minister, presiding over the eighth All India Rashtra Bhasha Prachar Sammelan in Bhopal on July 19, said the greatest obstacle to the propagation of Hindi was being created by bickerings and rivalries among the organisations working for the cause of Hindi. He said Hindi speaking people must understand the difficulties of non-Hindi speaking people.
