Srinagar: A Border Roads Organisation personnel was found dead inside a camp in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sudnay, official sources said. Tej Singh, a resident of Uttaranchal, was found dead under suspicious circumstances at Rangreth BRO Complex in central Kashmir’s Budgam district. Singh was posted with the Road Construction Corporation wing of BRO which maintains all important highways and roads in Jammu and Kashmir.
