NRI seats: The counselling for NRI seats at the University College of Engineering, Kariavattom, scheduled to be held on July 21 has been postponed to July 23. There is no change in the time or venue of the counselling.

B.Tech supplementary: The fifth semester B.Tech supplementary examination scheduled on July 22 will now begin on July 30. The revised timetable will be posted on the university website on Monday.

B.Tech examinations: The fifth semester B.Tech elective-I computer hardware design (RF) examination scheduled on August 8 will be held on August 6 and the sixth semester elective-I (R) multimedia system (RF) examinations scheduled on August 5 will be held on August 14.

PG admissions: Applications for admission to various PG courses in government/aided/unaided arts and science colleges for the academic year 2008-09 can be submitted till August 6.

The rank list will be published on the notice board of the colleges on August 16 and the interviews would commence on August 25. Classes would commence on September 1. The memos for the interview should only be sent via registered post. A copy of the rank list should be sent to the university. All admissions would be closed on September 5.

PG (CSS) examinations: Applications for the second semester MA /M.Sc/M.Com/M.Li.Sc. /MCJ(CSS) examinations (except Future Studies, Opto-electronics, Law and Education and IMK) beginning August 4 can be submitted without fine till July 23 and with a fine of Rs.50 till July 25.

MA Tamil viva voce: The viva voce of the fourth semester MA Tamil (CSS) examinations will begin at 10.30 a.m. on July 29 at the Department of Tamil, at Kariavattom.

Zoology viva voce: The viva of the fourth semester M.Sc Zoology examinations will be held at various centres on July 28. The viva voce scheduled to be held on August 1 will be held on August 4 from 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.

BDS results: The results of eth second year BDS examinations held in April 2008 have been published. Applications for revaluation and scrutiny can be submitted till August 8.

M.Pharm results: The results of the M.Pharm part two examinations held in March have been published.
