Vivek, Manohar shine

NAGAPATTINAM: R. Vivek’s 134 and Manohar’s five-wicket haul were the highlights of Nagapattinam’s 149-run win over Kanyakumari in the TNCA inter-district under-19 cricket tournament here on Monday.

The scores: D zone: Nagapattinam 305 for six in 50 overs (R. Vivek 134, Surendar 57) bt Kanyakumari 156 in 40.5 overs (Manohar five for 24). Virudhunagar 155 in 44.1 overs (Sathish 51, Parthiban five for 26) bt Dharmapuri 114 in 35.1 overs. — Sports Reporter
