Give concession

The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is allowing its cell phone customers a concessional rate under family and friends’ scheme. They are allowed to choose two BSNL local numbers or one BSNL local number and one BSNL landline STD number from other States. Under this scheme, they can speak to a local number at 20 paise and STD number at 60 paise per minute. I request the authorities to extend this facility to its landline customers also.

M.S. Raghavan,

Provide toilet facility

Ration shops attract the attention of consumers from all walks of life. At the time of supplying ration item, men and women stand in queue inconveniently. The sun is unbearable for the consumers. Supply, billing, weighing and dumping in bags take lot of time. Tendering small coins and currency notes takes more time. So, toilet facility should be provided at ration shops.

M.S. Sankaran,

Palani.
