Invensys Rail opens engineering design centre

BANGALORE: U.K.-based Invensys Rail Group (IRG) has opened a business development and engineering design office at Bangalore. IRG already has a research and development centre in Hyderabad. President and CEO of IRG, James Drummond, said the office here would be dedicated to signalling and control systems for Indian Railways, which was investing heavily in modernisation. — Special Correspondent
