Ranbaxy wins price rigging case in the U.K.


NEW DELHI:Ranbaxy Laboratories on Tuesday said it had got clean chit from the English Crown Court in a case relating to allegation of price rigging in drug supplies to U.K.’s National Health Services (NHS) between 1996 and 2000. The English Crown Court has quashed the prosecution of Ranbaxy (UK) Ltd. by UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO), Ranbaxy said.
