CHANDIGARH: The University Grants Commission has awarded national fellowships to three students of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar. The Head of the Department of Botany and Plant Physiology, Dr. H.R. Dhingra, said that three students -- Sunder Singh, Asha and Anita Rani pursuing Ph.D. in his department -- had been awarded the Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship by the UGC.
