Human linkage programme in districts

HYDERABAD: Covering 11 institutions, including government schools and universities in the city, as part of ‘The Human Linkage Programme’, Adapa Karthik, Civil Services topper, said that the second phase of the programme would be launched in districts of Andhra Pradesh in the months of November, December and January.
Talking to media persons on Wednesday at the Hyderabad Study Circle here, he said the programme aims at motivating students studying in government schools and institutions.
Sharing his experiences, he said many Telugu medium students felt hampered in the competitive world and suggested the implementation of a three language policy in primary education.
