Staff Reporter
NEW DELHI: The third cut-off list for admission to B.Com. (Programme) for the Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) at Delhi University for the new academic year has been notified.
Admissions to B.A. (Prog.) in all the centres are closed. Only a few seats remain in B.Com. at the following four centres: Jesus and Mary College, Lakshmibai College, Syama Prasad Mookerjee College and Vivekanand College.
B.Com. is running full at all the other centres of NCWEB.
The cut-off percentages are different for candidates from the general category, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes.
For general candidates, the course is available at JMC and Lakshmibai College at 67.5-68.25 %. Non-Collegiate students from the general category can pursue B.Com. at SPM at 67.5-68.75 per cent, while the cut-off is 68.5-69.25 per cent at Vivekanand College, said an official release. The cut-off for B.Com. takes into consideration a candidate’s best-four marks which can include a vocational subject as well. As only a few seats are left in B.Com, admission will be closed as soon as they are filled.
