Dharna staged for title deeds

KOLAR: Scores of Samatha Sainik Dal activists staged a dharna in front of the taluk office here on Thursday demanding title deeds (hakku patra) of the sites on which poor people had put up huts in Mattikunte village. They also called for action against officials who are allegedly conniving with “upper caste” people to harass Dalits and poor people in the village.
