PMK charge against police

ARIYALUR: Charging the police with implicating Pattali Makkal Katchi cadres under false charges, party president G.K. Mani on Thursday demanded immediate withdrawal of 98 cases and unconditional release of Vanniyar Sangam president ‘Kaduvetti’ Guru and other senior functionaries.

Observing a fast at Ariyalur along with party cadres and senior party leaders, Mr. Mani assailed the district administration for putting the public to hardship by restricting bus services in the night.
