WARANGAL: The prime accused in Gold Quest chain marketing network, its managing director Puspham Appalanaidu was remanded to police custody for four days here on Thursday. The fifth additional judicial first class magistrate, K Hanumantha Rao allowed the district police to take the accused into custody for further investigation. The police can interrogate her relating to the cases filed against her in various police stations in the district. The judge imposed certain conditions under which the accused need to be interrogated such as permitting the advocate of her choice during the investigation, avoid use of third degree methods and avail services of women police. The police can have Puspham Appalanaidu in their custody from July 25 to 29 and have to produce her in court along with a medical certificate obtained before and after the custody.
