KOZHIKODE: The Department of ENT, Medical College Kozhikode, will organise a two-day workshop on Phono Microsurgery, in connection with the inauguration of the newly set up Voice Lab at the Department of ENT at the Medical College here on July 26 and 27. Lyricist and Music composer Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri will inaugurate the Voice Lab at 11 a.m. on July 26. Addressing a news conference, the organising committee chairman and professor of ENT Dr. P.M. Nampoothiri said around 300 delegates from different parts of the state would attend the workshop ‘Voicecon 2008’. “Experts from other states and from abroad would participate in the workshop,” he said.
