Motor transport workers’ stir

Thiruvananthapuram: Motor transport workers will go on a 12-hour strike on July 29 demanding fare revision for autorickshaws and taxi cars. The strike, being organised jointly by the CITU, AITUC, BMS, INTUC, UTUC, HMS and the STU, is also to press for the withdrawal of the hike in the premium for third party insurance.
