Legal aid cell opened

KANCHEEPURAM: Madras High Court Chief Justice A.K. Ganguly on Saturday inaugurated a legal aid cell for convicted prisoners at the Puzhal Prison Complex. He also declared open an integrated counselling and testing centre set up by the Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society on the prison complex.
