Inter-university consortium

NEW DELHI: Indira Gandhi National Open University has signed a memorandum of understanding with 14 State open universities to form an inter-university consortium.

The inter-university consortium for technology enabled flexible education and development will undertake relevant collaborative activities and make use of open and distance learning institutions as a tool in imparting knowledge.

The consortium wants to create the right kind of environment so as to promote technology-enabled education and development in the context of nation building.
