Ravi is responding well to the treatment, say doctors ‘The condition of three other injured persons is stable’
Bangalore: The condition of Ravi, who was injured in a low-intensity blast at Madiwala on Friday, is better. His wife Sudha was killed in the blast. Doctors at NIMHANS, where he is undergoing treatment, said he was responding well to the treatment and was recovering fast. “We will see him on Monday and decide when to discharge him. In all probability, he will be discharged shortly,” said V.L. Sateesh, NIMHANS Resident Medical Officer. Mr. Ravi had suffered injuries all over his body, and also on the head after being hit by a sharpnel. Good response“They are all external injuries. The inner part of his brain has not been affected. He is responding to the treatment well,” Dr. Sateesh said. The condition of three other injured persons, Anbu, Muniraju and Muniyappa, who were undergoing treatment at the St. John’s Hospital was stable, doctors said.
While Anbu and Muniyappa are likely to be discharged in a day or two, Muniraju would undergo a dental surgery on Monday, the doctors at the hospital added.
