India’s Defence Minister, Mr. Krishna Menon, at a social workers’ conference in Calcutta on July 27, said that in the near future, the entire two hundred million people of Africa would shake off the age-long foreign domination in that continent. Mr. Menon said that one of the many things that Gandhiji taught Indians was to say “no all together,” and this mentality was growing fast in the African continent.
