Man held with ganja

KOCHI: A person from Orissa was taken into custody from Perumbavoor with 5.5 kg of ganja on Monday. This followed a joint operation by the Excise Department and the Anti-Narcotics Special Squad in the early hours of Monday. Raju, 32, from Ganjam district of Orissa is suspected to have brought the narcotic for sale among migrant labourers working in Perumbavoor.
