Two naxals surrender before SP

New beginning: SP V.C. Sajjanar with surrendered naxalites in Warangal on Monday.

WARANGAL: Two nasals, one belonging to Maoist party and another to Praja Prathighatana (Mohannana group), surrendered to the police in the presence of Superintendent of Police, V.C. Sajjanar here on Monday.

Jajjeri Sammakka of Gangaram village of Kothaguda mandal went underground in 1994 and worked in various capacities.

She was district committee member, National Park area of Chhattisgarh State. She was involved in 12 crimes.

Six crimes

Praja Prathighatana district committee member, Bhukya Pratap alias Suryam belonging to Gurrampet village was involved six crimes. He has been underground since 2004. SP Mr. Sajjanar appealed to all underground cadre to come out and lead happy lives rejoining their families.

The government would provide suitable rehabilitation and help them settle.
