Bus strike deferred

Thiruvananthapuram: The All-Kerala Bus Operators’ Coordination Committee has deferred its decision to hold an indefinite bus strike from August 1. Committee leader T. Gopinathan and V.J. Sebastian said here on Tuesday that the decision came in the wake of a request by Transport Minister Mathew T. Thomas during the talks he had with them. — Special Correspondent
