Training for teachers

NEW DELHI: The Department of Women’s Studies at the National Council of Educational Research and Training has started a five-week training programme for teacher educators on action research related to gender issues. The programme focuses on uplift of Muslim girls.

About 30 teacher educators from different States and Union Territories with concentrated Muslim population have been invited to the programme.
