THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State government is opening another Model Finishing School (after the first one in the capital city that has just completed training for its inaugural batch) in Kochi next month. Together, the two finishing schools, being run under the joint auspices of Institute of Human Resources Development and Kerala State Information Technology Mission with the support of IT major Infosys, will have a student intake of 180 for each batch of 45 days’ duration. Almost all the 25 students in the first batch of the school in Thiruvananthapuram have received lucrative postings in major IT companies in the country, according to the Model Finishing School Director V.A.
