Increased inflow



Copious water: The water-level in the Hemavathy reservoir rose to 2907.87 ft on Wednesday as against the full reservoir level of 2922 ft. Storage in the reservoir has risen to 25.104 tmcft as against the gross capacity of 37.103 tmcft. The inflow into the reservoir is 28,000 cusecs. Executive Engineer Srirangaraju said that 4,000 cusecs of water was being released to the Hemavathy from the reservoir.
