Change of venue for YSR’s meeting

VIZIANAGARAM: Venue of Chief Minister Y.S. Rajsekhara Reddy’s visit to the district on August 5 has now been shifted to Parvathipuram from Vizianagaram as against the earlier plan. District Collector B. Kishore said on Wednesday the Chief Minister would reach Parvathipuram in the afternoon and participate in Arogya Sri mela on the premises of Sri Venkateswara Degree College grounds and later address a public meeting adjacent to the mela. He would leave for Visakhapatnam by helicopter at 5.30 p.m. on the same day. The Collector said Minister for Forests S. Vijayarama Raju would be visiting the venue on Thursday to review the arrangements with officials. – Correspondent.
