Four surrender before police

BERHAMPUR: Four persons of Maliguda village alleged to be fanning communal tension in Tumudibandh area of Kandhamal district surrendered before police on Wednesday. Cow slaughter in the open by some persons at the village and violent attack on a VHP activist who protested against it on July 8 had led to flaring of communal tension in the area.
