Thiruvananthapuram: State Election Commissioner P.Kamalkutty has asked those concerned to ensure that the steps taken on no-confidence motions against panchayat presidents and vice-presidents are strictly according to the provisions of the Panchayati Raj Act. The SEC was addressing an awareness programme for panchayat secretaries here on Wednesday. — Special Correspondent
