CATC: learning experience for cadets

ANANTAPUR: The combined annual training camp (CATC) being held at Brahmanapalli near here for the cadets of National Cadet Corps (NCC) from July 24 has been a learning experience for the participants. Camp Commandant Lt. Col. Vivek Airi stated here on Wednesday that the participating cadets were undergoing training in handling of weapons and learning different military tactics along with demonstration. The cadets would donate blood on Thursday.

In all, about 750 cadets from Anantapur, Kurnool and Mahabubnagar districts were participating in the camp being conducted by the 28 (A) Battalion of NCC. The camp would conclude on August 2.
