Gold crashes to one-month low


LONDON: Gold prices crashed by over $15 to touch one-month low level in London on Wednesday on speculation the dollar might extend a rally against the euro for a third week, reducing demand for the metal as an alternative investment to the U.S. currency. The metal prices dropped by $15.60 to $903.30 an ounce, the lowest since June 26.
