GULBARGA: The Dalit Sangharsha Samiti (Sagar) on Wednesday demanded that the Government undo the injustice to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the State Budget by increasing the allocation for their development based on their population. State convener of DSS D.G. Sagar, addressing presspersons here, said that the State Government had clubbed the backward classes with the SCs and STs in its development plans.
