MALAPPURAM: MES College of Engineering (MESCE), Kuttippuram, will celebrate the 10th anniversary of its Alumni Day with a variety of functions at the college auditorium on Saturday. The old students who passed out of the campus in the last 10 years and who are working in different parts of the world are expected to attend the anniversary meet, said college principal V.H. Abdul Salam. The faculty members who have completed 10 years of service at the college will be honoured on the occasion. Gold medals to the last year’s toppers in different engineering branches will be given away at the function. Besides, the best outgoing student of the current batch will also be honoured. The celebrations will mark the opening of a hardware museum set up by the alumni association. Secretary of the Muslim Educational Society (MES) P.O.J. Lebba will inaugurate the celebrations. The principal will preside over the function.
