4 Bangladeshis arrested
Special Correspondent
AHMEDABAD: The Gujarat police on Thursday arrested four Bangladeshi nationals, including a woman, from Gandhinagar on suspicion of their involvement in the Ahmedabad bomb blasts.
The police said Sahel Sheikh, Rafiq Sheikh, Murad Malik and Khatimabibi Khalija were illegal infiltrators and also suspected to have links with the Bangladesh-based terror network Harkat-ul Jihad-e-Islami believed to be behind the Ahmedabad blasts and planting of bombs in Surat. More than two dozen live bombs and two explosive-laden cars were detected and defused in the last three days in the diamond city.
