15 students arrested

VIZIANAGARAM: Police used force to disperse agitating students and arrested A. Jagan Mohan Rao, district SFI secretary and 14 others when they organised rasta-roko on the NH-43, near the Collector’s office, for over one hour on Thursday in protest against collection of special fee from them in violation of the government orders. As a result, traffic on the road was severely disrupted. The SFI secretary also demanded implementation of GO 18 and return of the special fee.
