Several trains cancelled

HYDERABAD: Several trains were either cancelled or diverted by the South Central Railway on Friday in the wake of the fire accident in Secunderabad-Kakinada Gautami express.

According to a SCR press release here, the following trains were fully cancelled on Friday: train no.2737 Kakinada Port-Secunderabad Gautami express scheduled to leave Kakinada port, train no 2713/2414 Secunderabad-Vijayawada Satavahana express, train no.2706/ 2705 Secunderabad-Guntur-Secunderabad Intercity express, train no. 169/171 Kazipet- Dornakal-Vijayawada passenger, train no.323/322 Bhadrachalam Road-Sirpur town-Bhadrachalam road Ramagiri passenger, train no.326 Dornakal Secunderabad Kakatiya passenger, train no.337/338 Vijayawada-Kazipet-Vijayawada passenger, train no.354 Vijayawada-Bhadrachalam Road passenger and train no.357/ 358 Kazipet-Bhadrachalam Road passenger.

Train no 7405 Nizamabad- Tirupati Krishna express scheduled to leave Nizamabad on August 2 has been partially cancelled between Nizamabad and Secunderabad.
