Thrust laid on breast feeding

Young mothers must understand the importance of breast feeding and ensure the new-born got the ‘nectar’ that had several medicinal qualities that provide immunity to diseases. Expressing these views at an awareness camp organised at Service Health Organisation in Guntur, the All India Breast Feeding Network district coordinator T. Seva Kumar said that the women should not resort to giving external milk for any reason. The Lab Technician Course was also inaugurated on the occasion by ADMHO P. Umadevi.
