Jalandhar: The BSF on Saturday seized 10 kg of heroin, valued at Rs 50 crore, concealed along the Indo-Pak border while another six kg of the contraband was recovered from a person in Punjab. Acting on a tip off, a special search operation was conducted and 10 packets of the contraband were found covered with leaves in a field in Sarkanda area between the border fence and international boundary, a BSF release said here. The packets had an Afghan seal and one was marked in Pushtu language.
