Sirsi: “Administration of justice needs reformation and cost of litigation and time involved in it needs critical analysis,” K. Bhaktavatsala, High Court judge and Administrative Judge of Uttara Kannada has said. He was speaking after laying the foundation stone for a building on the Sirsi court premises on Saturday. The building will be built at a cost of about Rs. 3 crore. An advisory board had to be constituted to assist parliamentarians and legislators in framing laws, he said. Minister for Public Works C.M. Udasi, who was the chief guest, said that steps should be taken to curb misuse of law. District in-charge Minister Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri, who presided over the function, said that law alone could bring upon reforms in society.
