Power shutdown today

Bangalore: There will be no power supply on Sunday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. in several parts of the city because of maintenance work.

The affected areas are those coming under Vijayanagar, Chandra Layout, Telecom Layout stations/sub-stations.

N1 Sub-division: Rajajinagar 1st to 6th Block, Industrial Estate, Manjunathnagar, Cholurpalya, Magadi Road.

N2 Sub-division: Vijayanagar, Chandra Layout, RPC Layout, Nagarbhavi, Mudalapalya, Saraswathinagar, Marenahalli, Govindarajanagar, Prashanthnagar, Amarjyothinagar, Kottigepalya, Attiguppe, Pategarpalya, Mallathahalli, Papareddy Palya, ITI Layout, Nayanadanahalli slum.

N-3 sub-division: Basaveshwaranagar 1st to 4th Block, 1st to 4th Stage, Kamalanagar, KHB Colony, SBI Staff Colony, Adarsha Layout, Indiranagar slum, J.C. Nagar, BEML Layout, Modi Road, Gundu Rao slum.

N-6 sub-division: Kamakshipalya, Meenakshi Nagar, Maruthi Nagar, Vinayaka Layout, Shiva Farm, Kalle Gowda Estate, Bhadrappa Industrial Estate, Kempe Gowda Industrial Estate, Chennigappa Layout, Sanakki Bayalu, Vrushabhavathi Nagara, Mani Vilas Garden and Kare Kallu.

Power supply will also be affected between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. in Kundalahalli village, Kundalahalli Colony, AECS Layout, BEML Layout, Tubarahalli, Siddhapura, Kundalahalli, Srinivas Reddy Layout, Rayan International School, ITPL Road, EPIP Layout, part of Graphite India Road, Varthur, Garudacharpalya, Mahadevapura, Kundalahalli and Whitefield, according to a BESCOM press release.
