Distinguished Fellowship for official

NEW DELHI: Haryana Governor A.R. Kidwai presented the Distinguished Fellowship Award-2008 to the State Chief Secretary, Dharam Vir, at a function here on Saturday for his contribution in the field of public administration.

The function was organised to mark the 19th Foundation Day of the Institute of Directors. Mr. Dharam Vir is an IAS officer of the 1973 batch.
