House burgled

Four unidentified persons entered into a house at Pasuputhota and robbed gold jewellery weighing 40 grams in the early hours of Sunday. Satyanarayanapuram police said Reddi Vijayalakshmi, 28, was staying alone at her house in Madhura Nagar, as her family members left for Hyderabad. Around 2 a.m., the miscreants entered into her house and threatened her with dire consequences. They robbed jewellery estimated to cost some Rs. 30,000.
