Clear blocked drain at Attakulangara

The drain passing in front of the Attakulangara post office is blocked and mosquitoes breed in the stagnant filthy water.

The City Corporation authorities should take prompt action to clear the drain.

Life in Kerala is becoming difficult day by day with endless agitations all round.

Many of us who returned to the State after a long spell away for being with near and dear are disappointed since the living costs are too high, not to speak of the miseries such as power cut and load shedding and drinking water shortage. Kerala is no more God’s Own Country, I may say.

Every time the inflation rate goes up, the interest rates of loans are raised, increasing the burden on people. Inflation is caused by excess money in circulation.

You should reduce that quantity by sucking in this money from the system and that process is called demonetisation.

No amount of tolerance on the part of people will bring down the prices or inflation.
