‘Asaram school murders committed by student’

Chhindwara (M.P.): Putting to rest speculations on the mysterious death of two boys in Asaram Bapu’s school here, police on Sunday claimed that a Class IX student killed his hostel mates.

Inspector General of Police M.R. Krishna told reporters that Ram and Vedant were killed by the accused, who gagged the boys in the toilet.

Ram was killed on July 29 and Vedant on July 31.

The deaths had sparked off protests across the State.
