Ahmedabad blasts

In the context of the article “Ahmedabad blasts: the usual suspects” (August 1) and the consequent letters, an analysis and presentation of information on the genesis of the intellectual structure of hate of all religious hues (not the so-called jihadists alone) — even though apparently troublesome — may be necessary for an in-depth realisation of its dangers and provision of remedial rational structures along with the emphasis on the pivotal role of economic policies to bring equity and social justice.

Having said this, the author should also use his sources in the intelligence to expose the various excesses committed by them on the innocents, especially those belonging to the helpless lower classes. Should the investigation look for only Muslims after any bomb blast? Do they completely rule out the possibility of other communal organisations? Suppose the person whose Internet IP address is alleged to have been misused was a Muslim, instead of an American, can we be sure of an investigation without prejudice?
