Last date extended for diploma courses admission

PUDUCHERRY: The Pondicherry Institute of Co-operative Management (PICM) has extended the period for admission to diploma courses for 2008-2009 till August 15.

According to a release, PICM was offering courses such as diploma in co-operative management, postgraduate diploma in computer applications, diploma in computer applications and diploma in desk top publishing.

Those who had completed Standard XII are eligible for admission to diploma in co-operative management and diploma in computer applications, while completion of Standard X was required for diploma in desk top publishing.

Those who wish to apply for postgraduate diploma in computer applications should have a degree.

The application forms should be submitted by 5 p.m. on August 15 at No. 30, First Floor, Anna Salai, Puducherry-605 001, the release said.
