Nigerians held for “Black Dollar” scam

NEW DELHI: Two Nigerian nationals have been arrested by the Crime Branch of the Delhi police for alleged involvement in the “Black Dollar” scam.
The accused – Ndubusi Ahiabuike (33) and Godswill Udochukwa (29) —approached Ajay Thankran saying that they wanted to make a huge investment in real estate.
They later allegedly told Ajay that they possessed black dollars that had to be treated by a chemical. The two allegedly duped Ajay of over Rs.40 lakh on the pretext of providing him the chemical.
Ajay lodged a complaint with the police and the two were arrested near Priya Cinema.
