Sub-Inspector suspended in Bihar

Patna: Embarrassed over report of releasing an accused without proper verification, Bihar police top brass on Tuesday swung into action suspending Sub-Inspector of Agamkuan police station Prabhat Kumar for his alleged action on July 26.

Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, Amit Kumar confirmed suspension of the SI for allegedly releasing accused Manoj Kumar without proper verifications of the charges against the latter.
