KOCHI: The Kerala High Court rejected the anticipatory bail application of Hyderali of Edavanna, an accused in the case related to the misappropriation of huge amounts of money by using forged documents for the purchase of tar from two petroleum companies. Justice K. Hema also directed that the case diaries related to the case shall be handed over to the Director General of Police or a senior official specially deputed by him to receive the same. The Registrar general shall ensure that the attested photocopies of the entire case diaries are taken at the cost of the State and those are handed over on sealed covers to the Director General of Police or a senior official who as deputed by him to receive the same on behalf of the court. The attestation should be dome only by an official of the Registry of the court, the order said.
