Udhagamandalam: Traffic at the Kandhal junction near here was disrupted for about an hour on Thursday following a road blockade agitation staged by a group of persons. It was in protest against the alleged damage caused to a fence erected on a burial ground allegedly by members belonging to another group. Following intervention of police and revenue officials, the agitation was called off.
