NALGONDA: Unknown persons left boxes containing two cobras at the house of the Maoist top leader Sambasivudu at Dasireddygudem in Valigionda mandal on Thursday with a slip issuing a stern warning “Maoistulaara..khabadaar” to the Maoists. The warning was issued in the name of “Visakha Naagu.” Ramulu alleged that former naxalite Nayeemuddin was behind such acts. We are receiving threatening calls from him. he said. Valigonda police seized the two cobras and handed over them to the forest officials. Two of the family’s pet cats were found dead by evening. “We suspect that food in our house was also poisoned,” Ramulu said.
